Seller Agreement

Last updated 2026

Parties

This agreement is between UTU Soko and the approved creator, community group or business ("the Seller").

Listings

The Seller lists only genuine products and services they make, grow or are authorised to sell, with honest photos, prices, stock and availability. Every new or edited listing is reviewed by UTU before going live.

Provenance, rights and professional safety

Every submitted product must have a factual seller-authored story and origin. Do not invent maker, community, geographic or sourcing claims. Supply evidence when requested. Counterfeit, stolen, unlawful or misleading products are prohibited. Use only images, videos and designs you own or are authorised to publish. Kitchens are responsible for lawful food preparation, food-safety evidence, ingredient accuracy and their declared delivery coverage. Architects and clinical professionals must hold the relevant registration and work within their reviewed qualifications. Account approval is not a guarantee of product authenticity.

Commission and payouts

UTU keeps the commission percentage set for the Seller's section at the time of sale. The Seller keeps the rest. Earnings become payable once the order is delivered and are paid out as recorded in the Seller workspace.

Fulfilment

The Seller keeps stock and availability up to date, packs orders safely and hands them over on time.

Conduct

UTU may suspend or close a seller account for misleading listings, repeated late fulfilment or conduct that harms buyers or communities.

Ending the agreement

Either side may end this agreement with written notice. Earnings already owed are still paid.
