What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, county and delivery address, plus your order history and any notes you add to an order. If you choose your current location, we also save its coordinates with that order.
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders and bookings, show updates in your account, and improve the marketplace for buyers and community creators.
Sharing
We share only what a creator, host or delivery rider needs to fulfil your order or booking — usually your name, phone number and delivery address. We never sell your personal information.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure managed infrastructure with access rules that keep your orders visible only to you and to authorised UTU staff.
Your rights
You can view and update your details from your account, and ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
