Install

  1. Tap Download APK for the app you need on your Android phone.
  2. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to "install unknown apps".
  3. Tap Install, then Open, and sign in with Google or an email code.

Updates

  • Each app checks for a new version every time you open it or return to it.
  • When one is ready you'll see an alert. Tap How to update, then download and install over the current app — you stay signed in.
  • Android does not allow apps from outside the Play Store to update silently, so you always confirm the final Install tap yourself.
  • You can check anytime: open the app, tap the settings icon, and look under Version.

"App not installed" or signing mismatch

Android only updates an app when the new file is signed with the same key as the one on your phone. Early test versions used a different key, so Android may say "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package". The app will warn you when this applies.

Reinstall without losing your account

  1. Make sure you remember the email or Google account you sign in with.
  2. Long-press the old UTU app → Uninstall (only that one app).
  3. Download and install the new APK from this page.
  4. Sign in again. Orders, credits, referral links, shop listings and messages are all restored from your account.

Only items saved on the phone are cleared: notification permission and the cart of a signed-out visitor.

  1. Install the APK fresh (uninstall older test copies first).
  2. Google: tap Continue with Google. A browser tab opens; choose your account. Confirm the tab closes by itself and you're back inside the same app, signed in, on the workspace listed above — not the website in Chrome.
  3. Email code: sign out, enter your email, type the six-digit code from your inbox. Confirm you stay inside the app and land on the same workspace.
  4. Switch between bottom tabs: no reload and no splash screen.
  5. Close and reopen the app: still signed in; the settings icon shows the correct version.
  6. Seller, educator and community apps must never open the buyer home after sign-in.
